Issue 72 (March 28, 2019): The Cymri Davey
This adventure scenario is intended for the
Lion & Dragon RPG and
Dark Albion setting, but can be used with any other OSR game with a Medieval-Authentic twist. Inspired by one of the great folk songs of the modern English canon, the characters are called to locate a Welsh-Cymri Traveler named Davey who ran off with Squire George's wife Elizabeth. Meanwhile, others may try to stop the characters--this includes a lady who is smitten with George and townsfolk who are likely to side with the Welsh Traveler. Encounters in the forest could prove rewarding or just plain hazardous to their health.
