Contributor: Precis IntermediaCreated: Mar 19, 2005Modified: Jan 16, 2019System: genreDiversion i

The following information should assist in moving characters from Time Lord to genreDiversion i games such as HardNova . Time Lord is a roleplaying game based on the BBC television series Doctor Who®. It was written by Ian Marsh and Peter Darvill-Evans, and originally published in 1991. Doctor Who is a registered trademark of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). Abilities
•  Abilities in Time Lord must be converted to GDi abilities. First determine the abilities to which Time Lord abilities correspond. If one is listed as non-existent, use your best judgement.
 GDi Ability  Time Lord Ability
fitness  average of strength and coordination
 awareness  awareness
 creativity  non-existent
 reasoning  knowledge
 influence  determination

•  Next, consult the table below to determine the relevant ratings for each ability.
 Time Lord Rating  GDi Rating
 1  0
 2  1
 3  2
 4  3
 5  4
 6  5
 7+  6
Skills
•  Time Lord refers to skills as special abilities. Skill descriptions can either remain the same or be consolidated into skills from the GDi rules. Consult the table below to determine skill ratings. The gamemaster should choose the appropriate value based on the ranges provided, or simply use the value in parentheses.
 Time Lord Rating  GDi Rating
 none  0
 1  1-4 (2)
 2  5-6 (5)
 3  7-8 (7)
Gimmicks

New Gimmicks Immunity
The character can ignore all damage from one source. Bullets, extreme cold, and fire are some examples. Metamorphic Regeneration
The character’s body undergoes a cellular metamorphosis which repairs all injuries. It occurs when the number of injuries sustained by the character is beyond incapacitated by no more than his fitness rating. Regeneration
The character heals either one (1) grade of injury or two (2) grades of fatigue each turn. The character may choose which each turn. Vulnerability
The character is particularly sensitive to a specific substance. He receives two (2) grades of fatigue when directly exposed and double the normal amount of damage rolls when the contact is the result of an attack.
