The GD3 Magic chapter is pretty much done. You can make necromancers, clerics, and so on. Just to be a pain, it's magick rather than magic. No reason other than just sticking it to you :) Actually, it's sort of tongue in cheek, making fun of all the games that use alternate spellings for common words.

Anyway, there are four methods for casting magick: chanting (takes 1 to 6 turns), artifice (a focus object for instant casting), circumscription (casting effects within circles for permanence), and potions (always ready and anyone can use them). Now on to finishing the Unbidden & Forsaken chapter.

And remember that the Holidays are quickly approaching. Two-Fisted Tales would make a great gift this year, particularly when it comes with a free printed copy of Pulp Villains and using the coupon in an earlier blog entry, you can also get $5 off. That's a great deal. Of course, there are other good gift ideas, like a virtual gift certificate, or printed copies of EarthAD2, Ghostories, and so on. |
