Here's my idea. You purchase a USB Flash Drive from the site (maybe 2GB for $13 - $16) and I load up every downloadable item found in your Download Manager and mail it to you (domestic only).

Or, you pay around $6 for the same service with a CD.

Obviously, shipping would be extra, but not costly.

Your thoughts?

Sounds real good!

Unfortunately, I would need to buy a DVD (or two) for all the stuff I have ordered!

Over 2GB's worth?

I doubt I have more than 2GB worth of Precis product (IS there that much?), but I certainly have several DVDs of purchased PDF downloadable products. I know. I have it all archived on DVD.

Seriously, I'm not sure. I do know that I have a butt-load of your great stuff!

Brett, I've been giving this some thought since you first posed the question. Initially, I was a little repulsed by the idea. USB keyfobs and the like are very small and easily misplaced. Many have poor survivability of the inevitable soda or coffee spill. Et cetera, Et cetera - I could enumerate the downsides of this option almost all day.

Then it hit me: This option has value for you because you can stamp your brand on the USB keydrive. This is a limited form of advertising. This is good for you. Ideally, you are able to get the keydrives at wholesale. If you can price them with little or no markup, even better.

On the other hand... I don't game with a computer in front of me. I really, really like dead-trees for my in-session reference materials. On the third hand, that may change with the advent of the EeePC and other micro-laptops and the attractively low prices...

I think it's a better option than CD, anyways. There will be some who want a CD/DVD or keydrive and I really see no valid reason not to make the option available to them.

I'm still on the fence over this. I don't like the unreliability of the generic/promo models. I can get a good deal on name brand units, but if there is little demand, I won't bother.
