There are no rules changes - it still uses its custom d10 system. I'm just getting rid of some typos and remastering the old files (cleaning up the QuarkXpress to InDesign conversion). I may decide to add some more art. Consider this the decisive and final version using its existing rules. Those who have the current Revised and Expanded edition (from 2006) are entitled to a free PDF update.
