Despite the "persona" he puts forth, I find the Pundit refreshing in that you know where he's coming from even if you might not agree with him, and he's always willing to "put his money (sometimes even literally) where his mouth is. I gained quite a bit from his review and it ultimately sold me on the game. I have never read Amber, so the Amber game has never been tempting for me, but Greek myth I have read and is very attractive to me :) I'll give playing this game a shot :) One question I have for you Brett is, how similar is Active Exploits to the Amber/LoO system? I have AE, but confess I have up to this point done no more than skim it.
