Brett's Blog USPS Fixed Jul 30, 2013 | 6:45 pm Yes, the post office changed their settings again. I knew this was coming and I was warned, but it still caused problems. They never quite explain what changes there are, so you have to go fishing for them. All shipping services were down for the past day or so, but are working yet again.
