I can't get over the level of incompetence I'm faced with this week. Between getting books printed and packages delivered, it's been a lousy week. A printer outsourcing my books for a poor quality. One rep telling me they can't set my account to not used these outsourced printers, but the supervisor easily setting my account to not use them. Wrong or missing tracking numbers, packages sitting out in the rain (and customer service wanting to charge me to reship), and no supervisors available because the lines need to be open since there is only one on the weekend. Huh? Does that even make sense?


Oh yeah, after buying a 2-year subscription to Macworld for the first time in my 20+ year run with Macs, they decide to no longer print the magazine. Instead, they want me to accept a digital version, in which I have no interest. Let's just say that I got it to read in only one room.
